Early Claud Butler racing bike with fabulous Jack Lauterwasser handlebars. I am unsure exactly of the age of the bike but have added a photo of the frame number in the hope someone can date it properly. The frame appears to be straight and retains the original paintwork although lots has worn away through years of use.The chrome work is also worn and rusty in places as are the Dunlop 26″ wheel rims.The bike works although i haven’t tested it to make sure all three gears select ok.Both the bottom bracket and headset bearings need regreasing and adjustment but this could very easily be an ideal bike for riding L’eroica this year.Please have a look at my other listings for more bikes i am clearing out..thanks….
