I believe this early Claud Butler lugless lightweight racing bicycle frame dates from 1946.
The rear drop outs are for 1930’s/40’s Super Champion or Osgear derailleurs.
The frame measures 57cm from the centre of the bottom bracket to the top of the seat tube and 55cm along the top tube.
It appears to be in good condition although it is covered in many layers of paint.
The original headset is in good condition and I will provide a decent bottom bracket with it when it sells.
