The frame is the result of thousands of hours in the wind tunnel with the Grand Tour team Lampre-Merida. Every possible thing has been done to this frame to reduce drag and allow it to move through the air quicker.
The list of aero technology on this bike goes on and on… Smooth Welds, Aero tube profiles, internal cable routing, Integrated Seat clamp, carbon profiled seat post, tapered head tube, chainstay mounted rear brake and more. Once you put the power down on this bike it flies making it the perfect choice for Triathletes or everyday road riders looking for a bike to SMASH some Strava segments.
Drivetrain comes courtesy of Shimano’s 4700 Tiagra 10-speed series and this means trickle down tech from the flagship Dura-Ace groupset. Shifting is rapid, precise and dependable.
The factory fitted Maxxis tyres show how little mileage this bike has done.
I bought this bike from a triathlete friend of mine who used it as a spare training steed and as a result it has hardly covered any miles at all. There are a few small cosmetic marks on the frame but otherwise the bike is in excellent condition all round. At £500 (on Gumtree) this bike is for sale at half its original purchase price of £1000.
In preparation for sale I’ve given this bike it’s first service and safety check. The gears shift perfectly and the brakes are sharp. The bike is ready to hit the road this weekend in total confidence.
