This is their Special Edition 1885 Model to make a statement so featuring tasty Italian components wherever you look. Campagnolo Centaur 20 Gears, Aero Tubing, Spokes, Handle Bars & Forks, the Maserati of Road Bikes it’s a beauty. The high end Centaur Mech gives you the scope to shift across single, multiple or the entire Cog set with 1 push of the lever.Freshly serviced with new Slime Tubes to maximise centrifugal force plus I chose Green & Red 23 mm Race Tyres as I’d like to keep it looking like the Italian Stallion that it is. I’ve nothing against plain, boring, black Tyres but as the Italians, Spanish, Greeks, Turks et al have even had to teach us anglo saxon Plebs how to eat & drink, I thought I’d better stick to their way of doing things as even their Bikes are in a league of their own… New Bianchi Celeste Bar Tape was also fitted at the aforementioned service plus a new Head Set & a brand new Chain for the sake of it so mechanically it’s as good as you’ll get. Just the occasional cosmetic mark from use & all does what it should. This Bike was a £2500.00 model so a bargain here at just £1250.00 or thereabouts which is nice for this considering some of the tat I see on here at mental money.
