Boardman Comp Road Bike. cm Sram Apex Double tap 20 speed drivetrain. Specification below. In excellent condition and fully refurbished and ready to ride, In perfect mechanical condition. A few marks to the frame and components as you would expect from a used bike. There are a couple of blemishes on the top tube (see the last photo) which appear to be under the lacquer so won’t polish out unfortunately but very small, also a bit of yellowing at the top of the forks. otherwise the paint is in great condition and looks awesome (I believe a rare colour way for the comp)
The lightweight alloy frame (with it’s sportive geometry) is constructed of triple butted tubing and finished with lovely smooth welds at all the joints. The frame has an abundance of key features which include: a aerodynamic down tube profile, oversize box section chainstays (for increased power transfer), internal rear brake cable routing, curved wishbone seatstays (for enhanced comfort), and has the compatibility for full length mudguards. For stiffness at the front end, the full carbon fork has a tapered steerer which also provides better steering precision.
