It came to me needing a full service so i did a full strip down, cleaning up, polishing the frame & replacing all the consumable parts.I also upgraded to Claris gearset as the SORA it had was OK but a but worn. This Claris gearset is in good condition & it came from my own bike (which i upgraded to 105) so i can vouch for the VERY few mile it has done.The photos show an FSA crank however i have ordered a claris one. It would appear to be lost in the post but if it turns up & fits OK then i will do this upgrade & update the photos.The saddle is not original as the white one it has was very tatty and got damaged when i removed the then stuck seat post. The seatpost is free now & the height of the saddle is set for me at 6foot exactly.So all the greasy bits are greased & oily bits oiled. It rides & stops very nicely though it might need a bit of fettling to get it “just so”This is a really nice bike, pretty light at just under 10Kg, with a nice road presence and impeccable manners. It will no doubt offer a new owner a safe comfortable ride. Ideal for commuting (it has lugs for mud guards) or just for general use like going to shops/work/school/collegeCollection only is from Royston, Herts. Cash on collection is preferred.
