Selling my Boardman Team road/race bike. A perfect starter, club, or daily driver bike. I bought this in 2010 for £849 for a 108km road race which I never actually competed in. For various reasons, I had to stop cycling at that point. Other than around 100 miles in training in 2010, it’s been unused since then. Everything on the bike is immaculate. No chips or dents on the frame, all the chaingear is immaculate and unworn as you can see from the pictures.It’s superlight at only 8.57kg without pedals. This is delivered via ultralight carbon fibre monocoque forks, coupled with a lightweight super butted aluminium frame. This combo is nearly as light as all-carbon but much more practical. Bikeradar said: it has a “shapely alloy chassis; more relevant for most riders than its carbon stablemate”. The equipment spec on this bike is amazing, with SRAM Rival gears, cranks and shifter, and Ritchie wheels as you can see in the specs below and in the photos.
