For sale we have my much loved Carbon Fibre Trek US Postal. This bike has been built up to a very high spec – as you can see from the pics.Here’s a run-down of what the spec is;-Trek US Postal (56cm) frame. With some cable rubs, and paint wear, and 1 missing adjuster (not that you need it – I but I need to include the detail). Never crashed, cracked or damaged.ITM Vista Carbon forks – really stunning raw weave carbon fibre – great condition.Mavic Open Pro wheels – recently built up – absolutely true.Hope Hoops hubs – almost new.SRAM Rival chainset. Rear derailleur is brand new, front lightly used.FSA SL-K Lite carbon crankset – excellent condition.Easton EC-70 carbon fibre seatpost.KMC SL Chain – new (v light surface rust in pics will be removed, and chain waxed prior to collection)MOST full carbon fibre saddleContinental GP4000 tyres – excellent condition.The bike weighs in at 8.55kg with the pedals.The bike currently has Look Keo pedals on it – which will be removed before collection – these are not included in the listing.This bike really is quick and smooth, and flexes just the right amount. It’d ideally suit someone looking for either their first CF bike, or someone looking for a piece of history, with highly upgraded components.Its a 56cm frame. I’m 6’2, and I wouldn’t want it any smaller. I’d say it’d ideally suit someone maybe 5’10-6’2 – but I’m sure if you’re looking at this you know what frame size you want.I’m sad to see it go – I’ve thought about stripping it for parts – but think someone should enjoy it for what it is.Collection only (I’d like you to see it and ride it – to make sure you’re absolutely happy with it) – 4 miles West of the town of Buckingham.Any questions, please ask prior to bidding.
