It’s a sad day! We’re selling our “Yellow Perril”. This bike has been loved by both our sons but they have now grown out of it so it’s a chance for another lucky boy or girl to own it.
The bike over all is in excellent condition and shows very little evidence of use. Both our lads have brought up to respect their bikes so there are very few scuffs and marks. The brake levers have some marks where the bike has been leant against a wall. (See photos for close ups)
This bike has been really well looked after and has recently had an upgrade to the brakes (top of bar safety levers added), tyres and drive train. The bike has done less than 150 miles since the upgrade. The levers are 7 speed but the rear block is an 8 speed. It still works, you just don’t get the benefit of the last gear. A new 7 speed block won’t cost much if you don’t like having it mismatched. The chain and block are new so there wouldn’t be a need to buy a new chain.

Frame – 41cm Size would be great for between 9 and 12 years. (12 on the outside I think)
Wheels – Aluminium and original. Great condition
Tyres – New Continental Gatorskins (great condition)
Brake levers Shimano Tourney STI 7 x 2.
Safety brake levers to both brakes on the top of the bars so little ones can feel confident they can brake holding any position. (new)
Brake Callipers – Tektro Aluminium
Front and Rear Deraleurs – Shimano Tourney.
Chain and rear block are new as you can see from the pictures the chain is still nice and clean.
Chainset is original but great condition. The crank arms are 155mm in length.

Like I said at the start, I’m really sad to see this little bike go. We have bought the adults version of this (in blue) as a replacement but it’s not as nice. 🙁
