Shipping Information
We always ship out within 24 hours of receiving a CLEARED Paypal payment by Royal Mail 1st class recorded or Special Delivery for higher valued items. Bulky items are sent via Parcel Force or private courier. Please note that once an item is in the care of the carrier delivery times are out of our control. Please bear this in mind when leaving feedback and scoring ‘Detailed Seller Ratings’. If we take 6 days to DISPATCH your item, then you should rate low, but if we dispatch as promised, but it takes 6 days to be delivered, then it is unfair to hold us responsible.
