This is a good around starter road bike, for anyone who wants to get into road cycling or for a budget commuter bike. I’ve owned this from new and it’s always served me well. It works well despite having to replace the front crank with a Shimano claris crankafter the original one bent. The bike has got 14 gears and tektro breaks at the front and rear.
The only thing which probably does need to be replaced is the handlebar wrapping and the pedals, however you can still use the bike without replacing this, it’s purely from a cosmetic point of view.
This is a large bike and was slightly too large for me (I’m about 5’10/5’11 so would probably suit someone about 6ft
