Boardman Race Road bike (9.8kg) 54cm Shimano Sora Groupset FSA Vero Crank
Boardman Road RACE 2011-2012 Road Bike – Medium Frame (54 cm). Have owned this bike from new, so 8 years now! It got me into road cycling originally and now I own 2 other bikes and a Wattbike! I have however decided it is time to part with my original favourite.
It has been well loved and regularly serviced, including new Continental Gatorskin tires (£60) since with the start of lockdown (which are included with the purchase) and I have just replaced the handlebar grip for no extra cost! There are various chips to paint work and some rust on the nuts and bolts (see pictures) however this is what you would expect for a bike which is 8 years old – but still is mechanically very sound and rides well. I would describe the condition as “good”. Took it out 2 weeks ago for a 90km ride and gears/brakes work perfectly and it still rides really nicely. It is a nice lightweight budget option.

It comes with Shimano SPD pedals and cleats but the buyer can change these for alternative pedals if they prefer. Would ideally prefer pick up from Whitchurch (Hampshire) but happy to discuss courier with the winning bidder. Any questions, please ask.
