What I believe to be one of the last of the steel frame Bianchi bikes, with carbon forks, from the late 90’s. It is in good 8 out of 10 condition, straight and true, with no dents or cracks. The decals are pretty much complete- probably the original bar tape too! The paint is good although it does show some age related marks, mainly along the top tube and head tube, there is also a rub mark on the seat stays from where the previous owner had a rear mudguard attached. It does have an area at the back of the fork crown where the pain has peeled away from the alloy. It would benefit from rubbing with some abraisive paper and touching up with some black paint.Recently serviced- new headset fitted, new gear and brake cables where required and the brakes and shifters adjusted and set up. Full Campagnolo Veloce 9 speed groupset fitted which is in very good condition. The crankset is actually a triple although it only has the 2 bigger rings fitted (39/52) and the front derailleur is suitable for a 3rd ring.Mavic Askium race wheelset with aero bladed spokesI think that the only non original part is the Specialized Riva saddle which is fittedI’ve put a tatty set of Shimano SPD pedals on to get you started on it straight away.55cm 21.5″ from top of seat tube to centre of bottom bracket.Looking to sell so sensible offers consideredLocal collection preferred or possible option of posting- please message to discuss. Alternatively, I do visit the south west every couple of months so we could potentially meet somewhere between Ripon and Gloucestershire on the route of the M1, M42, M5.
