Great bike that I did many long journeys on last summer. Brakes are working great, both tyres are pumped up and in good condition. The only negative is that the gears need a little bit of attention. They do work but they keep slipping out of certain gears so need looking at.
I’m not sure of the exact frame size, I’ve measured the seat tube and it is around 62cm. I am 6’2″ and it’s set up perfect for me in the picture. As you can see the seat could go down a few inches so I would say suitable for anyone around 5’10” and over.
