DEFINITELY NOT A COLNAGO!!!Please bid in confidence – nearly 15 years on the site and 100% positive feedback – I would like the buyer to be very happy with their purchase so I do try and describe the items I sell as accurately as possible. Cash on collection much preferred where possible but Paypal also accepted. Received information from a very knowledgeable ebayer (many thanks!!) that this is a high quality Martelly Belgian frame and fork worth more than I am asking for the whole bike. Needs to go so reduced to lowest price I will accept.Unlike some sellers on here I do try and describe the items I sell accurately and take the time to detail the condition of them to avoid any disappointment. Condition will always be subjective, but any obvious defects with the items I sell will be in the item description.This is a very nice Colnago replica racing bike. Frame and forks have been decalled up to resemble a Colnago bike. Some scuffs on the decals and one or two paint scuffs too around the bike – nothing bad – just being accurate regarding condition. Please note – brown marks on head tube is just excess glue from a rubber fitment which will be removed before sale. No idea how old the frame and forks are – any info gratefully received!!Nicely pantographed frame as per pics – underneath some of the clover leaves is a dot unlike Colnago bikes and this bike has a pantograph near the seatpost which most Colnagos do not have.Very nice Shimano Exage 500 EX crankset, brakes and 14 speed gearing and virtually new Rigida Nova wheels which run true. Genuine Colnago saddle – I think it is the only genuine Colnago part on the bike!! Cinelli white handlebars. A head adaptor fitted.Bike is still a head turner and comes as pictured – Shimano clip in pedals, bottle cage and modified mudguards which do the job but are a little rattly!! The bike rides very well and feels very comfortable. Nice paint job which cannot have been cheap and good quality parts. Never seen another frame with these particular pantographs – may be a complete one off!!May deliver or meet en route – only in person or via a trusted courier company who will not damage the bike depending on location – uk mainland only – please message me to discuss.
