This bike has been a very good friend to me over the years. It has never been ridden other than during the summer months so has not been subject to salt and other crap used on the roads in the winter. It carried me from Rome to London in 2013 and has been a faithful companion ever since. So why am I selling it? My wife treated me to a new bike last year, so it is now surplus to requirement. It comes fitted with Fulcrum Racing 3 wheels (not standard when it was bought). Like most bikes they are built to a price, so although it is a very lightweight bike (now), it was less so with the Fulcrum Racing 7s it came with. What it did come with was a full carbon frame and Shimano Ultegra gearing, a triple up front and a 10-speed cassette at the back, and Shimano brake set. The cassette has also been ‘upgraded’ with a more forgiving set for someone of my years when it comes to the hills.Included with the bike should you want them are a pair of Shimano SPD pedals and two lightweight bottle cages. Tyres are Vredestein Fortezzo Senso 25 x 700.
