All of our bikes are serviced and repaired in the Recycle Bike Hub workshop, which is a volunteer-run workshop, raising funds for Naomi House & Jacksplace hospices for children and young adults. All bikes are signed-off as ‘fit to ride’ by a CyTech qualified bike mechanic, a cycle industry recognized
accreditation. Bicycles are collection only: We only offer a collection service on weekdays from our warehouse in Winchester. Please make your purchase on eBay before contacting us to arrange a collection. Collections are from Monday to Friday: 9.00am – 3.30pmHow to collect: Once you have bought your item, please get in touch to arrange a suitable collection date and time. When
completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email
with a collection code (a QR code and 6 digit code) from eBay. We will ask you
to show this number to us when you pick up your bike. You can also access your
collection code on the order details or via Contact Seller on
the eBay app.
We will
not release a bike to you unless you can present this QR or six digit code from
eBay.

All payments must be made via eBay.Do you accept refunds? If you find the bike in a condition that was not advertised, we are able to offer a refund within a week of purchase. The refund will be provided in line with eBay policies. The bike being returned must be in its original condition and will be inspected.When can I collect the bike? We will confirm the collection date and time with you via eBay messaging. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice beforehand.Can I test ride the bike before buying? You cannot test the bike before buying. You can test it after collecting the bike.Can I ride the bike away on collection? Yes, all bikes have been signed-off as ‘fit to ride’ by a
qualified bike mechanic, unless the bike has been specifically described
as a ?project bike for refurbishment?.
