Attain GTC Race 2019 Road Bike 60cm (Ex-Demo / Ex-Display). This Cube is ex-display and has not been ridden, but does have some light cosmetic damage from transit and storage, please see images. Pedals, baskets, mudguards and other additional accessories (e.g. Di2 batteries / chargers) are only included where pictured and all bikes are individually photographed, so please rely on the images in the event of any discrepancy between the specifications shown in the product details and the photos. Cube designed the Attain GTC Race so that it’s as comfortable as it is fast – which means it’s the ideal choice for endurance riding. It’s a bike made to break personal bests, whether that’s on a long distance training route or a local hill climb. To achieve this blend of pace and plushness we selected the best off-the-shelf technology available – including Shimano’s Ultegra components, which borrow heavily from the range-topping Dura Ace groupset – and bolted it all to a cutting edge carbon frame. Fulcrum Racing 77 wheels and sleek, light and strong CUBE finishing components complete a package that’s pure-bred racing snake, built to take on anything from a sportive to an epic hilly ride with your training buddies.The Attain GTC Race is built around the latest development of our carbon frame technology, complete with matching carbon fork plugged into an integrated headset. We also equipped the frame with æro Flex Stays – an important feature that adds a dose of welcome comfort to this race-bred machine, without in any way detracting from its ability to devour the miles at speed. Incredible stiffness is provided by the tapered head tube, joined in turn to the large cross-section down tube – which means assured, stable handling and instantaneous responses, even at high speed. To ensure the best drivetrain efficiency we selected PressFit for the crucial bottom bracket bearings. And, in keeping with the sleek Gran Turismo-inspired looks, we ran all the cables internally for longer-lasting clean shifts.This is an Ex-Display or Ex-Demo bike. Ex-Display bikes have very slight imperfections or have picked up minor cosmetic marks in store, in storage or in transit. The vast majority of Ex-Demo bikes will have had minimal usage only, but individual listings and images will make this clear. All bikes are complete and ready to ride; however occasionally non-essential accessories such as mudguards, baskets and racks are missing and we would have been unable to source the exact original parts, but in most cases you will have no difficulty finding suitable replacements, if required. Please read the defects description and view the images for full details on each item. These bikes are only available online for mail order or to collect in store and cannot be ordered into store for test rides. We are unable to supply these bikes internationally. Returns & Warranty Policy: This bike is sold with a 1 year frame and fork warranty and a 3 month parts warranty. How your bike will arrive

14 Day returns on Ex-demo

Any item, except food, videos, DVD’s, face masks, RIDEIT events and software can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original packaging with a valid proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt.

Returning you purchase by post:

Once a return request has been submitted, we will review the request within 48 hours, if approved the seller will respond via email, containing a returns form, which should be completed by the buy with all the details of why you wish to return your purchase, as your input is invaluable to us when reviewing the products we stock.

Once you have completed the Returns form cut out the returns address label and attach to your parcel. Place a copy of the returns form and if possible the despatch note or receipt.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. Please ensure that the service you use covers the value of the goods in the parcel. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned due to our error then any postage will be reimbursed upon assessment.

It can take 5 days for your parcel to reach us dependent on the courier’s service that is used. Once we receive your parcel we will inspect and process your return within 24 hours. Refunds can take up 3/5 days with your bank to appear in your account. You will receive an email update upon the completion for your return.

If you wish to exchange an item for any reason the quickest and simplest way to do this is to place a new order for the item you want and return the other item for a refund.

Items paid for in EUR, USD, AUD or JPY will be refunded in that currency. Other orders will be refunded in GBP.

Returning bicycles and bulky objects:

We understand it may be difficult for you to arrange a return of bulky items such as bicycles, forks and turbo trainers. We can offer a collection service for these items. Please contact us.

Please note: Depending on the reasons for returning a bulky item a charge may be incurred for this service. This will be discussed with you prior to arranging the collection.

Additional – orders placed via eBay marketplace cannot be returned to any Evans Cycles stores. All items will need to be returned via the original origin, alongside proof of purchase.

Warranty Claims:

All products ordered from Evans Cycles come with a full warranty which covers manufacturing faults and defects in workmanship.

 

Please note: In some cases the manufacturer/supplier or Evans Cycles may require to see the item(s) before repair or replacement can take place. If this is the case we will inform you and arrange how to do this.

All used items being returned to us must be cleaned for hygiene purposes.

On receipt of your goods we will carry out a full inspection & contact you within 3 working days of receipt.

Proof of purchase is also required with all potential warranty claims.

Ex-Display & Soiled bike, parts, accessories and clothing are items that have imperfections or have suffered wear during the course of sale here at Evans Cycles. They include ex-display or ex-demo items, items that have been returned by customers or items that are missing parts. If parts are missing we would have been unable to source the exact original replacements but with a little bit of handiwork from your side these could be restored to full working condition. In instances where an item cannot be repaired under warranty then an Evans Cycles credit of equal value to the soiled item purchase price will be issued.
