I am a Cytech trained mechanic and refurbish decent bikes that have not been given reasonable care by the previous owners. This Cross race was in sound structural condition but needed some TLC and a few parts replaced. It will leave my workshop in a mechanical condition close to that when it left the factory.
Currently near completion, I am waiting on new red bar tape. Final pictures will follow, by Wednesday this week.
All the bikes I refurbish are stripped to the bare frame and all bearings, cables, gears and Drivechain are degreased, checked for wear and either regressed or replaced as appropriate.
A full list of the actions taken during the refurbishment is available on request and I provide a 3 month warranty on the work listed in that report.

This is a cracking bike that is looking for a good home and an owner that will look after it. I supply a layman’s guide to basic maintenance so no excuses!
