In good used condition it will need a service as it hasn’t been used in a while i.e.
one wheel has a valve the other no valve so this needs attention ! also there is no charger or battery for the gear system so the gears are untested this could be
as straight forward as inserting a battery and all is well … or not ! other than that a good bike to be had
