The bike is in a used condition it does have a few minor scuffs and scraps as its 3 years old, Although rides fine and has no major issues it could do with a little TLC ie a good service, deep clean and the handle bars rewrapped. The rear derailleur cage is damaged (pictured) still changes fine and can ridden as it is. A new rival 22 derailleurcan be found with a small search for £36.50, refurb kits cheaper again.
