Please note – left hand shifter is faulty – Shifter doesn’t shift down gears at the front. Could possibly be fixed by an advanced mechanic or maybe beyond repair I couldn’t say. Worst case you can buy a second hand replacement Shimano Tiagra ST-4500 shifter (eBay completed listings sell between £16-£40)
Another issue is the seat clamp holding the saddle on has one bolt instead of two (photo attached no.12) seat post can be picked up for under a £10 if the bolt can’t be sourced. I’ve used the bike to ride to the gym as it is the saddle just makes a squeak from only being tight by one bolt.
The rest of the bike is in working order – Still rides with the middle cog upfront.
The bike would benefit from a clean and a service once the left hand shifter is fixed or replaced.
The bike overall does show signs of wear and tear – you may want to change the bar tape and saddle as these are fairly worn. No cracks of dents to the bike.
Grab yourself a bargain, once the work is completed it’s will make a great road bike – winter bike or even one for the trainer indoors for a fairly cheap price.
Local pick up – Surbiton/Kingston area otherwise can be delivered if not to far for extra costs.
