For sale is my Fuerte Bici road bike. The components include:- Cervelo carbon fork.- Shimano 105 front and rear derailleurs (9 speed/triple)- Shimano Tiagra Shifters.- Simano Ultegra cranks.- Shimano 105 brakes.- Carbon Seat post- Specialised alloy handle barsIn addition, these parts have been replaced in the last year:- Wheels – Shimano RS01- Drive Train, including: – Middle and large chain rings (small ring was never used) – Rear sprocket – Chain x 3- Bar Tape- Tyres – Continental Gator skinsThe wheels were very recently trued by my local bike shop – the last pair of wheels I used never needed to be touched again.The distance from the middle of the bottom bracket to the top of the seat tube is ??”. I’m 5′ 10″ and the bike suits me very well.Note these minor issues:- There’s a knack to using the right hand shifter – it does not always shift down cleanly.- Rear gear cable needs replacing.- Bottom bracket is worn, but still usable.The bike has been both very well used and cared for, as shown by the parts replaced over the last year.I swap chains every couple of months to reduce wear on the sprockets and chainrings – I’ll include the two spare chains in the sale.The carbon forks have taken some serious knocks over the years, (including a broken leg), they do however appear to still be holding up well – these would however be the next thing I’d replace if I were keeping the bike.The frame’s paintwork has suffered the expected cosmetic knocks, bumps and scratches over time. These include bubbling around the water bottle bosses and a section of paint at the back of the curved seat tube – this is mostly hidden by the rear wheel.All these marks are cosmetic and do not affect the ride in any way. Please check the photos to see exact details.I’m reluctantly selling the bike because I’m now mostly mountain biking and this road bike is only very rarely used… and there is only so much shed-space that can be devoted bicycles.The bike may be collected from Greetland, Halifax HX4 or sent by ParcelForce.
