Overall in excellent condition. No cracks or dents in the carbon at all. A few very minor marks as expected from a used bike but not noticeable. The shift hood has a slight cut in it.
Brakes are sharp and shifts slick! Everything has loads of life left on the cassette, chain and rotors. The bearings are smooth all round.
