Bidding on this lightweight quality Giant FCR2 alloy 57cm framed bike with Carbon Forks which has quality components throughout………
The bike is used and has been shed stored so has slight weathering to some of the bare metal parts/nut heads and odd scrapes/scratches/cable rub to paintwork but this is purely cosmetic nothing is stiff or seized up just surface tarnishing. The gears and brakes work but gears may require adjustment before use along with both wheels retruing (£12 per wheel at Halfords removed from bike). Needs a good clean up too…..
This FCR2 has the Carbon Forks, Shimano Tiagra Quickfire Gears, Quick release Alex black alloy wheels.
The tyres are odd and perishing from storage flat so will require replacing plus the rear is bald and has a puncture. The front holds air fine. I found best current price is Michelin 700x23c for £15 a pair on Halfords online free click and collect in store on offer……..
So to recap with a spend of around £50 at Halfords you can have new tyres on straight wheels and good to go hence the low starting bid.
I can include a pair of black metal cage pedals which will do the job but look weathered.
