Hi there, thanks for your interest in this listing of a refurbished Giant Peloton Superlite 56cm. I am selling this as frame & mechanical parts – so no wheels or pedals. I will throw in a suitable 8 speed Shimano style 8 speed cassette to get you going once you have the wheels sorted.PLEASE ALSO NOTE:- I HAVE LEFT THE CABLES ON THE GEARS & BRAKES NICE & LONG FOR YOUR FINAL INDEXING & BRAKE ADJUSTMENTS ETC! YOU WILL NEED TO DO THESE YOURSELF & CUT THE CABLES DOWN & PUT ENDS ON.I got the frame some time ago & put it all together with a mostly complete Shimano 105 8×2 speed groupset. The shifters are Sora & this has all been used with no problems on my previous frame.There are new bearings in bottom bracket & headset, there are new cables all round, a nice looking new saddle, an Ambrosio carbon fibre seatpost, full ITM 90mm stem & 41cm wide handlebar set with brand new bar tape done too. This was put on with a new quill – ahead type adapter too.The cranks are 170mm arms, 53/39 gearing on the front & as I said above I will put an 8 speed Shimano cassette in too.The frame(measured as best I can with tape!) is 56cm from bottom bracket to top of seat tube, the top tube is 54cm. I’m usually a 57/58cm frame rider at 5’11” & this feels a little short in reach for me? It may just be the older style frame I’m not used to? You will obviously need some 700c wheels with a Shimano freewheel – I’d also suggest that they are silver coloured for making the bike look best? I’ve got it on a black modern wheel at present & it doesn’t look quite “in-keeping” with it?If you have any further questions, please get in touch through eBay.
