Raleigh Racing Road Bike – Junior Size (approx 8-12yrs)
We have used this bike on our turbo-trainer so the gears are in great working condition and are a high grade SIS system. The front wheel requires truing up to be optimal – brakes are good with new blocks but could do with a general oil and lubrication. Tyres are also almost new (not used on Turbo).
Lightweight Aluminium frame
7 speed with 2 front chainrings = 14 gears total
Frame size 47cm : lower bracket to frame seat post
Height from ground to seat post base 73cm
Shimano cleat pedals fitted – could easily replace with flat pedals.
I’ve started the bike at £40 to take into account the tidying-up required but overall the bike rides well and ideal for a junior bike to hook up to a turbo or take out on the road. Note that Zwift is free until the child is 16 so a great way to stay fit at this time.
Social distancing will be strictly followed for pick up. Payment via Paypal and we will leave the bike in our driveway to be collected at an agreed time.
