Stunning Bianchi Sprint (I think it’s a Sprint) which was Bianchi’s entry level model. The frame has a Campione del Monde stockers from 1986 / 1987 and the groupset is Shimano Golden Arrow which was made from 1883-1986.
There are a few small scratches and scuffs on the frame. I have retouched the worst bits (which as usual are around the bottom bracket shell and frame ends) which is slightly lighter than the original (there are 4 different shades of Bianchi Celeste would you believe) but it blends in pretty well.
The components overall are in good condition for its age with some light corrosion on some steel parts. The left hand crank has been replaced at some point in it’s life – the replacement is the right length and looks very similar. The saddle is for show only as it has a small crack in it – I’ll include a new saddle with the bike, which should be fitted when the bike is ridden.
