L’Eroica vintage Raleigh Corsa 501 road race racing bike – low mileage original condition!
High quality Raleigh road bike from 1985 that has literally hardly been ridden!!! It’s ideal for L’Eroica rides all road uses and even commuting. It features a lightweight Reynolds 501 frame, Shimano 105 Arabesque parts and nice finishing kit.
There are a few surface very small scratches on the paintwork and some light corrosion on some steel parts, but as you can see from the pictures it’s a very cool bike.
Frame/Fork: Reynolds 501.
Transmission: Shimano 105 Arabesque 6 speed (12 gears in total).
Brakes: Shimano 105 Arabesque – new lever hoods
Wheels: 105 hubs, Weinmann eyeleted rims and decent 700c tyres (trees are now black)
Finishing kit: lightweight SR alloy bar and stem, an alloy seat post and a decent saddle. Clip and strap pedals
Size: 63cm – 25” (measured centre to top) – the bike a pictured is set up for me and I’m 6’ 2” – the bike should fit a rider 5’10” to 6’ 5”
Collection only: Little Chalfont, Bucks, or I can meet you at Chalfont and Latimer station (Metropolitan or Chiltern line).
