Up for sale is this Merida Road Race 750 in size 54cm. This is in used condition and working sharply with smooth flowing wheels, nippy brakes and rapid gear shifting.
This has had an inspection serviced prior to sale, with full adjustment including brand new (and never touched) bar tape, gear cables, inner tube and bolts! Upgraded Vitoria Rubina tan tyres have been fitted as well as a slightly shorter Genesis stem, which has changed the ride of the bike with lots of grip in the corners!
This is in good used condition overall, with some standard signs of wear and tear as expected from a product of this nature including some markings, scuffs and other signs of age and use (I.e drivetrain wear).
One of the bottle cage mounts has been replaced with a plastic thread which works brilliantly and keeps the cage solid on longer rides. Absolutely like for like in appearance and performance from standard and took me 6 months of ownership to even notice, however should be noted for full disclosure!
Structurally this is brilliant, with no dents, dings, cracks or anything to worry about! This is ready to hit the roads!

Front Derailleur: Sunrace R60 2 speed, new cable and fully adjusted – Working smoothly.
Front Shifter: Sunrace 2 speed integrated shifter
Wheelset: Jalco 4000 on Quando Hubs – 700c – Perfectly true and running smooth as silk.
Tyres: 700x23c Vittoria Rubina (tan wall) – Great grip around corners, minor creasing to sidewall from age but lots of tyre life left and looks standout with the white and red!
Pedals: Upgraded Nukeproof Proton Flat Pedal
Seatpost/ Saddle: Merida Comp Seatpost + Saddle.
Handlebar/ Stem: Merida Comp drop-bar and Genesis 100mm stem
Grips: Brand new Bar Tape + Chrome Bar End.
This is a used bike, and though it looks and rides great, it is not a brand new one. The buyer can look forward to an excellent value used bike to handle anything from weekend pootles, to full scale sportifs.
