Although this is now some 30 years old, I have had it from new and it is in very good condition, especially considering its age.
At the time it was one of the best bikes made by Raleigh, other than the SB special build bikes.
At 23lbs it was also very light for the time, being built from Reynolds 531C tubing.
It has a medium frame at 21.5″ and is perfect for me with at 29″ leg measurement.
I added the Shimano SIS gear levers and Sport LX rear derailleur mechanism.
As well as the Stronglight crank 48/36 tooth 170mm.
It has Normandy Lux Competition small flange hubs with Weinmann alloy rims.
Tyres are brand new Hutchinson Competition Gold 700c x 20 (with tubes).
Brakes are Weinnmann 405.
The original Selle Royal Sprint suede seat is still in very good condition.
Pick up only from the Warwick area, or I could deliver within say 20 miles for a small charge, observing social distancing of course.
Current Price: £200.00
