1998 or 1997 Raleigh Special Products Reynolds 853 steel frame road bike.54cm c to cI bought this frame a few years ago refurbished and added Columbus minimal forks and a new 1 inch headset. I love the ride of 853 and this is a lovely frame, but I have too many bikes and this one unfortunately has to go.Pearl white paint with red bar tape.Frame number F98E3794Groupset is Shimano 9s Sora with 105 brakesShimano 9s sora STI shiftersFSA Gossamer 9/10s chainset, 50/34 with new 9 speed SRAM 12-28 cassette and Sora shifters. I figure it’s time it was ridden by somebody who appreciates it. There is one small mark on the seat tube between the bottle cage bolts. Also some marks to the paint on the drive side chain stay where the rear wheel pulled out of the frame after I applied a little too much power on a weak QR skewer.I also note that a rubber insert at the top of the brake lever is missing, but I’m pretty sure I have it and can refit it.Collection only from Sheffield.
