Ace – Shimano 600
This classic steel framed 1980’s racing bike is available
for spares or repairs.
Although we have not serviced the bike it does work , all
the bits that need to move do move, just needs a complete service and maybe a
few parts refreshed or renewed. It would make a good project bike or maybe a bike
for a Eroica event as it’s a pre-1990 model.
Equipped with a full Shimano 600 Group set in
reasonable condition given the age of the bike.
Frame measurements are 55cm top tube (approx) and 54cm – crank centre to seat post (approx).
Fitted with a 53/42 crank and a six speed rear cassette.

Unlike our normal bikes we do not guarantee that this
bike is in a fit state to ride, it is sold as seen in the pictures on this
item.
The Recycle Bike Hub workshop is a volunteer-run
workshop, raising funds for Naomi House & Jacksplace children’s and young
adults’ hospices.
Bicycles are collection only: We only offer a collection service on weekdays from
our warehouse in Winchester. Please make your purchase on eBay before
contacting us to arrange a collection time.
Collections are from Monday to Friday: 9.00am – 3.30pm

When
completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email
with a collection code (a QR code and 6 digit code) from eBay. We will ask you
to show this number to us when you pick up your bike. You can also access your
collection code on the order details or via Contact Seller on
the eBay app.
We will
not release a bike to you unless you can present this QR or six digit code from
eBay

Do you deliver bikes? No, sorry we don’t.
Can you accept cash payment? No, sorry we can’t as per EBay policies
Can I test ride the bike on collection? Yes you can at your own risk either in our small car park area at
the warehouse or the industrial estate road
Do you accept returns? If you find the bike in a condition that was not
advertised and decide against taking the bike we are able to offer a full
refund. Once accepted a refund can be provided in line with eBay policies
if the bike is returned as originally provided on collection following
inspection by our team.
