I bought this 2nd hand from the original owner 2 years ago when my son took up triathlons. He is now 6 foot so it is too small for him. When he was in the lower 5 foot range it was great.
For precise measurements check the pics with the tape measure. First one is from bottom point of frame to top. Second one floor to seat.
