Never thought I’d sell this….
We are on the move, so I must sell allot of my favourite possessions, this Raleigh Banana Racer been one of them.
I love Bikes!! Have lots of them! I never had a Banana as a kid but boy it was an impressive bike back in the day.
I searched along time to find this one, the condition is beautiful, please look closely at the photos. It’s not perfect or immaculate and it has the odd touch up, but it’s original, rust free and such an iconic item.
It’s had the bars changed, sourcing the original bars and putting it completely back to standard was my intention.
I do have storage and I could put it away which I might end up doing as I don’t want to sell anything, truth be known. I will certainly kick myself for selling it.
