This is a vintage and complete Raleigh Winner 70’s 23.5” Road bike. As the images show it’s in great condition for its age. Some small blemishes here and there but overall in excellent condition. The bike has some wear as shown have a broken rear derailleur pulley cog ( but does still work) and the unravelling of the handlebar grips. The bike works and doesn’t need much to have it in perfect functioning condition.
