GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Our current collection times are Monday or Thursday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Collection at other times may be available by special arrangement which may involve additional cost – please make any such arrangements in advance of purchase. Bikes are to be collected from our workshop which is off of Queens Avenue. Full details will be sent after purchase.
BIKE COLLECTIONS : Bikes will be held for a period of 6 weeks from date of sale. After that period of time we reserve the right to re-list the bikes for resale. If a bike has been paid for a refund of approximately 70% of the purchase price will be refunded upon request. (The reduction is made to cover our costs). Reminder messages will probably be sent but cannot be guaranteed.
CASH ON COLLECTION SALES: These are not encouraged but will be considered in exceptional circumstances. The bike must have been purchased before collection. If you want tp pay cash for a “Buy-it-now” item you need to message us giving your reasons and alterations will be made to the lot description to enable you to buy it without pre-payment. Bike purchase via a fixed term auction must be paid for within 7 days or we reserve the right to cancel the sale.
DELIVERY SERVICE: We are hoping to provide a limited delivery service within a radius of 15miles from Aldershot but this service is not yet available.
