Both wheels have buckles but would true out ok .
The crank has a little play in it …i would say clean regrease and retighten would sort it out… it has a few rust spots nothing horrible at all. It is an old classic Raleigh road bike 25″ frame hard to find these days make a great winter bike or a commuter .. or a project … it is rideable but i would advise it being looked over .. both wheels are holding air …. a few simple fixes and you got a nice classic Raleigh road bike… its pretty lightweight… will post to mainland uk..
