Approx 23” from centre of bottom bracket to centre of seat tube. I am about 5’10” and could ride it where the seat is with toes comfortably on floor.
Here is another project I never got around to, it’s a Raleigh with Reynolds 501 frame so probably started life as a STX or Record Sprint.
Previous owner said that his son had decided he liked it more all badly painted black. Seat tube is stuck in, could be just the paint holding it or corroded in so it might have to stay where it is unless you have a lot of hours spare. ( I once spent about 3 hours with a hacksaw blade on the inside of a seatpost on a frame I really wanted to save, it worked but would not want to do it again). Handle bar stem is free.
Selling it as spares or repair as it needs work, bottom bracket is a bit loose, might tighten up or need replacing, if it’s just going to be a pub bike it would probably be ok.
Needs brake blocks, nut to hold rear brake cable in, front gear cable and nut to hold that in, bit of an oil and it would be rideable and a good bike to leave out with little chance of it being stolen.
If you can get the seat tube out it would be a great base for a single speed especially with a sand blast and powder coat.
