For sale I have my Ribble Reynolds 653 steel road bike. It is in excellent original condition, having seen little use, all parts still look fresh. It has full Campagnolo group set, including front and rear mech, brakes, headset, brakes and shifters, crank etc. It has a quite rare Reynolds 653 frame and forks and is very light. The bike rides really well, the gears all shifting smoothly. Prior to me it has had one previous mature owner . The frame size is 23.5 inches and is painted in a rich metallic red colour. It has Cinelli drop handle bars and stem. The clipless pedals shown in the photo three are included, rather than the alloy flat pedals in some of the photos. The saddle is a Selle Rolls leather saddle, which is in great condition and the wheels are Mavic SUPs with Vittoria tyres.I prefer cash on collection but can also offer delivery through a local bike shop, who will professionally package the bike and organise a courier to deliver it. I could also offer local delivery for the cost of fuel, please ask.Please be aware though, that this bike is not brand new, it dates from the mid 90s. The paintwork is original and really good, especially considering the bike is over 20 years old. The bike obviously a few very minor signs of wear and tear, which I expect most Ebay buyers would expect. These include a couple of tiny marks which have been carefully touched in, including a small 3 mm spot on the cross bar. There are also a few minor shallow scratches underneath the chain stay (see photo), I wouldn’t class this as damage, just wear and tear and quite hard to spot. I mention this as I am trying to be as honest as possible and don’t want any potential buyers to be disappointed and request a refund when the bike is not ‘as new’.
