This is a great racing bike. It is equally at home commuting, on pleasure rides and racing. I have used this bike to commute and ridden up some of the steepest hardest hills in the country including Porlock hill at 25% and raced triathlon on it. It has never let me down and outperformed others on much more expensive full carbon bikes.
I upgraded the handlebars and stem to specialized with a built in vibration damper – makes for a comfortable ride.
It has Shimano Sora groupset triple chainset with 24 gears. Lots of good quality Scott branded finishing kit and their own brakes.
This bike is not brand new. It has been ridden in all conditions and has expected stone chips and small scratches. The paint has bubbled slightly in a couple of areas.
There is lots of life left in the rims. The tyres are good quality racing tyres – they have covered quite a few miles and show signs of that but should be good for quite a while.
It is collection only – I am happy for buyers to arrange collection at their cost and risk (I may struggle to box it up)
