I intervened, and gave my girlfriend a chance to actually discover what proper road bikes are all about, but alas we are relocating to Paris and this bike is not coming with us.This bike represents as far as you can reasonably go in alloy frames before you go full carbon. It was immaculate when we bought it a year ago, and has now got a few marks on it thanks to being in and out of the van, but overall is in excellent, fully working order.This is a very good bike.For people who know the score, they’ll quickly see the s15 model number and know what’s for sale here. This is as good as Scott can make an alloy frame with carbon forks. It’s got Shimano 105 gearing and every piece of kit on it would often be found on a more high end bike. If you’re looking for a fast commuter or a first serious road bike this will do you very nicely. It looks great and rides great. It’s easy to ride and confidence inspiring.Chain, gears, brakes and all bits of kit in very fine order, but there are a few chips to the paint work here and there along with a few very small amounts of corrosion. All of these are purely superficial, and in no way affect the performance of the bike.Good, clean and fast, and also comes with a pair of lightly used Shimano clip in pedals if you want to get some proper shoes as well.Bottle cage also included, along with a bell, wheel reflectors and two good Gator tyres.I would prefer local collection & cash on collection if possible, but please be aware that i am working abroad till the 14th of December so won’t be able to sort out an early collection or early end to the listing.
