Here we have for sale a stunning Scott Speedster S CR1 Road Racing Bike.
This bike looks amazing with its polished aluminium frame with uniquely weaved carbon forks & is a pleasure to ride due to its superb wheels, full Ultegra group set & the fact it weighs less than 9kg (I have never seen another one like this).
This is in superb condition & is mechanically perfect having just had a bare frame (gold) service (worth £150 alone) by myself
(an expert bike mechanic) using top quality Mobil XHP marine grease & has new top quality Schwalbe Durano Plus anti puncture tyres fitted for peace of mind riding.
Equipment wise it comes with excellent Shimano Ultegra Flight Deck STI shifters which work beautifully, high power Ultegra dual pivot brakes with Shimano Ultegra front & rear mechs (the shifting is superb) & a high quality finishing kit (bars,seatpost & stem with titanium bolts) which all adds up to a great package that represents superb value for money.
The bike has lightweight 7005 profiled aluminium tubing, beautiful full carbon aero forks & top quality Shimano R550 double wall rims with very expensive Schwalbe Durano Plus anti puncture tyres, & upgraded high performance saddle.
The bike benefits from having a fully degreased drivetrain & chain which has been hot wax/PTFE dipped which unlike oil stops all the gunk build up, chainring tattoos & prevents premature drivetrain wear due to chain oil mixing with grit & turning into a grinding paste.
The frame size is 21”/54cm which has racing style compact geometry. The bike rides beautifully & wants for nothing, you won’t be disappointed & will not find a better example at any price rest assured.
It has a 12/25 cassette & 52-39-30-172.5 triple chain set which is geared for amazing climbing ability mixed with plenty of speed on the flats.
Every bike which goes through my workshop is subject to a vigorous 10 mile road test to ensure perfect performance & reliability so you can buy with complete confidence.
I can supply & fit a set of reflectors & a bell for this bike at no extra cost if required (just ask before collecting).
