Specialized S Works Tarmac SL2 Carbon Racing Road bike Campagnolo Chorus Medium
I am the second owner and have had this for just over 2 years although the bike itself is around 2012 I think. The bike originally had a build cost of around £4k I believe but it is obviously now a good 6 years old. It had a custom paint job when bought (which I think is stunning) so it’s completely unique.
There are the odd few chips on the frame (maybe 3-4ish) but I am not going to photograph them, it’s normal wear and tear for a bike of this age so please don’t expect new, nearly new, brilliant condition etc etc.
Frame size is 54cm which I believe equates to a Specialised Medium. I am 5’11 and it’s just right for me, I would guess around 5’8 – 5’11 is about right.
It’s a Campag Chorus groupset although the front mech is Campag Athena, Campag Khamsin wheels (slight buckle in rear wheel but not enough to rub pads, front wheels seems spot on), San Marco Racing Team saddle, Time pedals, FSA SLK stem.
11 speed cassette (12-27)
The bike is very light, around 7kg I think although upgrading the wheels should shave some more weight off this if you wanted.
Bike has just been serviced with new gear cables. The saddle feels like it has a very slight creak so will prob just need tightening up or worst case replacing. The seat post has the odd race sticker still on it, sorry I am not going to get time to take it off
