PLEASE NOTE: Collection from Wimbledon SW20 or I will deliver the bike myself up to 100 miles away in South, West or North West of SW20 for £50. Do not buy if you live beyond that without first contacting me to see if I’ll travel further.
My loved 2018 52cm Specialized Tarmac Expert in the beautiful green/blue colourway.
I have original order confirmation from specialized concept store, and order confirmation for the wheels too
The bike originally came with 11 speed mechanical ultegra, but I have since upgraded it to SRAM Red eTap HRD 11 speed along with a safe and reliable 105 170mm chainset… the great thing about the 11 speed era was SRAM & Shimano were compatible, so didn’t need to change chain sets or cassettes. I have a spare (used) 165mm chainset which you I can swap it to instead, but as the 170 is basically un-used, I have included that. The rear derailleur is the newer A2 type (fits up to 34t cassette) and the brakes are the generation with bleeding edge port.
The wheelset is the Token Konax Pro 50mm wheelset. The rear comes shod in a brand new Schwalbe One set up tubeless. The front has a Schwalbe Pro One (approx 3000km use) with inner tube, but the wheel is tubeless ready & tubeless valve will be included.
I will include a SRAM brake bleed kit (with bleeding edge adapter)
I have photographed everything on the bike so you can see actual genuine condition.
Damage marks to note are:
1. Paint damage on chain stay behind the chainrings where I once dropped the chain to the inside, super annoying, less than thumb size.
2. Some other minor minor paint damage marks by rear dropouts from stones and flappy chain when changing wheels out etc, multiple photographs to show any damage.
3. Fingernail sized paint damage on seat tube where I once foolishly mounted a rear mudguard (band on type) and the plastic fender rubbed the paint off in one ride.
4. It feels like the rear wheel bearings could do with a service.
