Frame is 22” centre to centre. It’s is fully mechanically working with good brakes. Saddle slides up and down. It’s an excellent bike and have been used as a winter training bike.
There is scuff ware and surface marks but no cracks or dents to the frame. The plastic plug in the top of the stem is missing.
