TREK road touring gravel bike bicycle race PILOT 1.0 Aluminum CARBON HIGH WYCOMBEHere I have for sale my TREK PILOT 1.0 bicycleIt is a high spec touring gravel type bicycle with slightly more comfort in the design than just for racingThe size is large I would say for riders 5’8″ and overThe frame is TREK alpha series aluminum butted, with carbon fiber forks, The carbon aside from being super lightweight also absorbs road vibrations very well.The frame has good Tyre clearance and mounting points for luggage racks making it truly suitable for long distance touring.The groupset is Shimano Tiagra with a wide range rear cassette which makes climbing steep hills easy and also just when your really tired (2 x 9)The wheels and tires are also high end lightweight and fastI have enjoyed this bike for years and it has had a lot of use however it has never been in an accident, and always stored indoors and serviced regularly.Recently there has been new gear and brake cables and a new cassette. Everything is working well as it should, Gears, brakes, wheels tires, bearings (wheels headset and BB) etc so you can just use this bike right now and I would imagine for a long time without needing to do anythingThere is a fair amount of marks and scratches from general use so please don’t expect mint conditionIt sill looks good in my opinion but you can check out all the high res pics for yourself, just ask and I will send them.I am selling because I am riding my MTB more now.This bike cost £800 when new I am asking £225I hope it will go to someone who enjoys it as much as I didlocation High Wycombe
