I believe this to be the right spec
I have just had it serviced by my local bike shop with new pedals as previous were clipped type which doesn’t suit everyone and new brake rubbers as old ones were not correct for this bike
I’m 5’11 and the saddle is at the bottom of the stem as picture so would suits rider 5,10- 6,6 I would say it’s a lovely ride smooth changes and light there are marks and scratches as to be expected of a used bike
