TREK SL1200 Alu/Carbon – Shimano 105 and Tiagra 58cm Road Racing Bike.
Purchased new as my first road bike and it has been terrific.
It was regularly used for a few years but then I bought a new bike and was too sentimental to sell this one. It has been unused and hung in the garage for the last four years or so.
It is mechanically sound with brakes and gears working well. The bottom bracket and crank was replaced a year before I stopped using it. It was changed as my pedal worked loose and rounded out the socket on the crank before I twigged what was going on.
A few of the bolt heads and headset show signs of corrosion, and the handle bar tape is original and has slipped slightly and could use renewal. Headset feels fine.
This is a great bike that needs use rather than storage.
Down as collect only but I have a rack and could meet up or deliver locally for cost.
I have included full length mud guards and the platform pedals as photos.
For help with sizing I am 6ft tall with a 33inch inside leg.
