Here we have a Viking Giro D’Italia XRR road racing bike in good clean condition. Clearly as a used bike there are some use related marks but all cosmetic and I am pleased to advise that, the odd bolt aside, there is virtually no rust and it looks good. I have attempted to photograph as much as possible so study them carefully to determine its condition or better still why not view in person.
The 56cm aluminium frame is free of distortions as are the forks. The 14 gears are operated by thumb type SIS gear shifters which work perfectly as do the Tektro brakes. The saddle tube adjusts easily to suit varying rider height and has a decent saddle attached.
The wheels are both quick release and run true with good bearings. The 700 x 23C tyres appear good and the tubes are airtight. The bottom bracket ( crank ) and the headstock bearings are good. New handlebar tape fitted.
This is a lovely clean bike in good working order and will provide lots of pleasure for years to come.
